Kris and Joel's Tahiti & Society Islands voyage V234.
Kind words and great pictures from these first time voyage crew ..
"When we booked our adventure aboard the Soren Larsen we had hoped to fulfil two or our fantasies. To visit French Polynesia and to sail aboard a tall ship. Combining the two has truly been a dream come true.
Before the trip began we decided to leave our mind open as we didn't really know what to expect. We did understand the ship was to be a huge part of it all, so anything extra we could do would be a bonus. With that said I can say that we hit the jackpot!
It's been a perfect mix of ship life and island exploration. We enjoyed beautiful beaches, fantastic snorkelling and amazing scenery.

Our berths although small, were comfy and cosy. We slept like babies every night. We ate excellent meals prepared with lots of fresh local island delights. Our fellow voyage crew members are a wonderful bunch of people from all over the world and very interesting to talk to.
As for Capt. Barry and his crew, well they really know their stuff. We always felt safe. The crew showed us kindness, respect and lots of patience. To top that, lots of laughs!

We'll be leaving the ship soon and we are already feeling spells of sadness as we anticipate our departure. That, I suspect, will turn to excited smiles and laughter as we relive our adventures through our stories and pictures with our friends and family back home.
